By accessing and using HoneyTV, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

02 Use of Service

HoneyTV provides a free platform for streaming drama content. The App is currently provided free of charge. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

03 User Accounts

The current version of the App does not require account registration. If account features are introduced in the future, you may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

04 Content

All content available on HoneyTV, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of HoneyTV or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All video and drama content provided through the App is properly licensed. HoneyTV respects intellectual property rights and has obtained the necessary licenses for all content displayed on the platform.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not use any automated systems to access the service
• You may not attempt to circumvent any content protection mechanisms

05 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Collect or store personal data about other users

06 Intellectual Property

The HoneyTV name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HoneyTV. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
